Friday Favourite – Bobbi Brown

Welcome to Friday Favourites.  I am loving the Bobbi Brown NUDE collection at the moment.  I am not blessed with great balance portions and therefore can not wear the wonderful colours that are available without making me look like a clown.  Hence, the very natural approach is a look I will always adopt and thankfully I love this look.  The Bobbi Brown NUDE collection is my latest purchase and I am loving the natural colours that they provide.  It can take you from day to night glamour all in one palette.  Enjoy this week’s Friday Favourites. makeup-a

St Patricks Day – Blue or Green

Did you know that original colour to celebrate St Patrick was Blue?  It became green later as Ireland was well known for the emerald colour of its landscape. StPatricksPhotoThe patron Saint Patrick also used a green 3 leaf clover to help preach the trinity.   You may already know that the four leaf clover is meant to bring good luck to those that accidentally find one.  (yes they do exist).  Each leaf is meant to represent either faith, hope, love and luck.

 

Friday Favourites – EOS Lip Balm

FridayFavouriteEOSwebI am such a busy person and always in a rush but the one thing I always have with me is Lip Balm.  Dry, sore lips distract me and it is so hard to stop licking them once you have headed down that path.  Whilst on a recent trip to the US I stumbled upon the EOS lip balm.  It has subtle flavours but the texture is amazing and lasts and rehydrates your lips for a long time.  It is almost like wearing clear lipstick.  Best of all if you are feeling a little hungry you can just have a quick lick of the lips and you are good to go….
